We all experience changes or adjustments that impact our lives in various ways. Whether big or small, planned, or unplanned – these transitions can involve exciting or distressing changes. Life transitions of any kind can present some interesting challenges, especially when you find yourself completely diverted from what you’re accustomed to or from the direction you saw yourself headed. Some life changes, (especially those which are unexpected) can have adverse impacts on your mental health and wellbeing. Any kind of change in our lives can sometimes increase our stress levels. When stress continues for an extended period, this can negatively impact your emotional, mental, and physical health.
